Calvert Insurance Co would cover us for $350 renewal charge due June 14,
1996. The only change in coverage would be a medical payment limit
of' $1,000 instead of $5,000. We are checking into other companies
so if you know of one contact Michelle . We need to decide before
July 10 meeting so Michelle will print up an info sheet and mail to
all members. After receiving the info we'll put the phone tree to
work and get everyone's input.

Rick had business cards donated to the group by Wellness
Institute of America.     Liz Vas said she'd try to type the
information onto the cards then we'll need to put pictures on the
and Bill Beach will laminate the cards. Tom Keene made the motion
to accept the cards and the plan for getting them ready for use.
It was seconded by Karen Clayton. The motion passed.

We were invited back to next year's Memorial Parade by the

It turns out that the Washtenaw Road Commission will make and
put up horse crossing signs after all. Jeff Selter found the right
person to ask and we'll get some signs. A map was marked with the
a dozen places we would like to see signs. Now we wait to see how
many they will give us. We can put our logo on them if we like
saying there is a mounted neighborhood watch in the area.

The phone numbers for Lisa King and the officers of our group
were handed to Sumpter Horsemen to call us if their interested in
our training them.

The guidelines were discussed and approved by the members. A
